Georgie Mason
Observation of the natural world meets abstraction in Georgie's joyful, prize-winning paintings. She is one of the few artists today with the ability to conjure the sublime with her brush. Inspired by her native Suffolk, her work is at times reminiscent of late Turner. Traces of earth, sand, and straw are often amalgamated into her paintings so that it takes on a physical sculptural aspect. Georgie is one to watch.
